5 Year Warranty
Quorum Technologies offer a 5 year warranty on the core products of the Polaron Range. Other products continue to have the standard 12 month warranty period. For both one year and five year warranties, non-consumable parts and labour are covered on a return to factory basis. This warranty does not affect your standard rights as a customer.
What does the 5 year warranty cost?
There is no cost - it is absolutely free. We only ask that the purchaser
registers with us by filling in the simple form which is included with
every instrument, and faxing or mailing it back to us.

SC7620 Mini Sputter Coater
SC7640 Auto/Manual Sputter Coater
SC7650 SEM Carbon Coater
SC7680 Sputter Coater
CA7625 plus carbon heads for SC7620 and SC7640
E3000 Critical Point Dryer
E3100 "Jumbo" Critical Point Dryer

All other products continue to have a standard 12 month warranty, with the exception of the K1050X Plasma Barrel Reactor which is covered by a two-year warranty.
Please also note that products listed with extended warranty will also continue to have the standard 12 month warranty, even if they do not register for the additional four years.
Parts excluded from the 5 year warranty
All consumable items such as targets and CPD bonded seals are excluded.
Items such as rotary pumps, turbomolecular pumps and FTM modules carry
the manufacturers own 12 month warranty. Details are clearly outlined
in the warranty information sheet supplied with each product.
How to register
In order to qualify for the extended warranty, the customer must register
using the 'fax back' or ‘mail back’ form enclosed with the
product. Please note this only applies to the four year warranty extension
and that the standard one year warranty is not affected. Warranty is not
transferable.
