Vacancy Electronics Design Engineer

Qualifications:

Degree /HND with appropriate experience

Several years working in an industrial environment

Expertise in the following fields would be advantageous:

Analogue, digital, power supply design, EMC testing, schematic and PCB layout (Proteus), PIC programming, C++ programming.

Job description:

Based in Ringmer, East Sussex the successful candidate will work within a small team and be tasked to provide electronic and software design support for our range of scientific instrumentation.

Responsibilities will include taking projects from initial design specifications through to finished products and to provide electronics support for our existing range of products.

Vacancy Field Service Engineer

As a result of our rapidly increasing order book we have immediate vacancies for engineers to work on our cryo preparation systems. Engineers should ideally be experienced in similar work in building, final test and installing electronically controlled high vacuum systems at customer's sites around the world. Site visits are typically of 3-5 days duration. A very competitive salary is offered with allowances for site work plus other benefits. Job holders would be expected to alternate between factory based assembly & test of cryo related systems and field service. Based in our Ringmer, East Sussex facility, relocation expenses may be payable for suitable candidates - applicants must be EU citizens or entitled to live and work within the UK. Fluency in English is essential as is evidence of a higher level education.
