Head has O-ring seal (designed to fit 150mm-diameter glass chamber),
connection cables and pack of ten A0832 carbon rods. The unit is new
and has been tested.
It will fit the Polaron / Bio-rad sputter coater models E5000, E5100, E5150,
SC510 and SC515).
Please note no power supply is available.
