PP2000 and JEOL 5600/5610LV
The combination of JEOL5600LV / 5610LV variable pressure SEM and Polaron
PP2000 offers the user an attractive and cost efficient combination of
conventional high vacuum SEM imaging, high-pressure environmental imaging
and cryo-SEM.
The PP2000 interfaces easily to the JSM5600 / 5610LV with the PP2000 preparation
chamber ideally positioned for specimen transfer and manipulation.
The installation illustrated below shows the turbomolecular-pumped PP2000T
interfaced to the JEOL5600LV. Normally the standard (rotary pumped) PP2000
can be specified.
