Critical Point Dryer Rupture Disks

E3000, E3100 and CPD7501 models of critical point dryers are pressure tested by an external test house to a pressure of 2500 psi. All Polaron models are fitted with an E3000-052 rupture disc with a bursting pressure rated at 1850 psi.

The E3000-052 rupture disc is held in place with a copper retaining washer (E3000-053). During removal of a punctured bursting disc the retaining copper washer may be damaged. For this reason it is advisable to fit a new copper retaining washer at the same time.
