Comparative sputtered films using the Q150T Turbo-Pumped Sputter Coater/Carbon Coater (Au, Pt, Ir and Cr)
The films were sputtered onto silicon wafers using the Quorum Q150T Turbo-Pumped Sputter/Carbon Coater. Film thicknesses: 50nm. Images were taken on an FEI Quanta 200 FEG ESEM at 30kV at 250,000 x magnification. Images courtesy of David McCarthy, School of Pharmacy, University of London, UK
