These targets are fitted to the K500X and K550X sputter coaters. Targets are 60mm diameter x 0.1mm thick and mounted onto an aluminium backing plate.
NB: The K500X and K550X are fitted as standard with a 0.1mm thick gold (Au) sputtering target (TK8842).
