Quick Overview

NB: To avoid a short target life, it is not advisable to use targets of less than 0.3mm for coatings of 50nm or thicker in conjunction with high sputter currents. Please consider using a bonded or thicker target.

These targets are fitted to the current Q150 Series and Q300 Series, as well as older model K575X/K575XD sputter coaters. Targets are foil type and mostly 57mm diameter (though some metals are 54mm). Foil thickness varies. 



The Q150T S and Q150T ES are fitted as standard with a 0.3mm thick chromium (Cr) sputtering target (TK8845).

The Q150R S and Q150R ES are fitted as standard with a 0.3mm thick gold (Au) sputtering target (TK8889).

The Q300R T is fitted as standard with three 57mm Ø x 0.3mm thick gold (Au) targets (TK8889).

The Q300T D is fitted as standard with a 54mm Ø x 0.3mm chromium (Cr) target (TK8845) and 57mm Ø x 0.1mm gold (Au) target (SC502-314A).

The Q300T T is fitted as standard with three 57mm Ø x 0.3mm chromium (Cr) targets (TK8845).
