Three-year Warranty
To offer the best possible support and service to our customers, we offer a three-year warranty on all of our products listed below. The products that are not covered by this continue to have the standard 12-month warranty period.
For both the 12-month and three-year warranties, non-consumable parts and labour are covered on a return-to-factory basis. This warranty is not transferable and does not affect your standard rights as a customer.
Parts excluded from the three-year warranty
All consumable items, such as targets and critical point dryer bonded seals, are excluded. Items such as rotary pumps, turbomolecular pumps, computers and film thickness monitor modules carry the manufacturer's own 12-month warranty. Details are clearly outlined in the warranty information sheet supplied with each product.
How to register
If your product is eligible for the three-year warranty, you have six months from the point of purchase in which you can register it using our online Three-year Warranty Registration Form. This will then extend your initial 12-month warranty by an additional two years - absolutely free of charge.
Alternatively, you can register using the 'fax back' or 'mail back' Extended Warranty Registration Form enclosed with the product at time of receipt.
We ask that you register on our site before you can fill in our Three-year Warranty Registration Form.
