The SEM image shows bellis perennis (daisy) pollen grains. The sample was prepared using the Quorum PP3010 Cryo Preparation System. The sample was cryo-immobilised in Slush nitrogen at -207 °C, fractured at -140 °C, and sputtered with Iridium (2-7 nm).
