Lavender leaf prepared using the PP3010 cryo system. The sample was mounted using mounting media (50:50 mixture of Tissue-Tek OCT (Optimal Cutting Temperature) compound and colloidal graphite). The sample was frozen in slush LN2, and coated with 5 nm Au/Pd at -150 °C.
