This SEM image highlights the stomata on the surface of a leaf. A small section was cut and mounted on a cryo stub, plunge-frozen in liquid nitrogen, fractured, and coated with platinum (10 mA, 60 s) using the PP3010. Imaged on a Zeiss Crossbeam 550.
