Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This discount offer applies exclusively to TurboQ and RotaQ Sputter and Carbon Coaters and is available via Quorum Technologies only.

1.2 The offer is valid from 2 March to 31 March 2026.

1.3 Entrants must be the legal owner of the trade-in instrument and have full authority to transfer ownership.

1.4 The offer is open to customers acting on behalf of an eligible company, facility, or university in the United Kingdom.

1.5 This offer will be bound by Quorum Technologies Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Condition Requirements

2.1 Instruments will be assessed based on photographic evidence, a valid serial number, and proof of purchase.

2.2 Entrants are responsible for shipping the instrument to Quorum Technologies.

2.3 Entrants must provide decontamination certification where applicable. Quorum Technologies reserves the right to refuse delivery of instruments presenting health, safety, or contamination risks.

2.4 A Purchase Order must be submitted on behalf of the eligible organisation within the offer validity period to qualify for the discounted price.

3. Ownership Transfer

3.1 Risk in the Trade-in Instrument remains with the Entrant until received and accepted by Quorum Technologies. Once the trade-in is completed, ownership of the instrument is permanently transferred to Quorum Technologies.

3.2 Instruments cannot be reclaimed after valuation of approval and purchase completion.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

4.1 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated.

4.2 Only one trade-in may be applied per qualifying purchase unless otherwise specified.

4.3 The offer is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time, provided such changes do not affect confirmed orders or accepted trade-ins.

5. Fraud Prevention

5.1 Entrants confirm the trade-in instrument is free from finance agreements or liens.

5.2 Proof of purchase or identification will be required.

5.3 Quorum Technologies may refuse instruments deemed counterfeit, nongenuine, or reported as lost or stolen.

5.4 Instruments found to be stolen or fraudulently submitted will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Liability

6.1 Quorum Technologies is not responsible for any data, custom modifications, or personal items left inside the instrument.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorum Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the offer.

7. Law & Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
