Al Cropp Joins Quorum as Sales and Marketing Director

We are pleased to welcome Al Cropp to Quorum Technologies Ltd as our new Sales & Marketing Director. With more than 20 years of international experience across sales leadership, business development, product development, and analytical instrumentation, Al brings a strong blend of commercial focus and technical expertise to the business.

Al joins Quorum from Geotek Ltd, another company within the Judges Scientific Plc group and brings with him a strong track record of leadership and impact. His career has included senior roles over 10 years at ZEISS, and previously with FEI (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) and CSIRO Australia, where he developed extensive experience in electron microscopy and sample preparation technologies.

Having first used Quorum technology more than two decades ago, Al’s connection to the business is longstanding. Originally trained as a gemmologist and geologist, with a specialism in mineralogy using SEM-EDS techniques, he brings sector knowledge that will support our customers and help drive Quorum’s continued growth.
