The MiniQ S is an entry-level Sputter Coater designed for preparing samples for Electron Microscopy. Its intuitive touch‑panel interface allows users to easily select deposition parameters and coat using Au, Au/Pd and Ag targets, ensuring efficient and consistent sample preparation. The MiniQ S is recommended for low to medium magnification imaging and is suitable for use with Tungsten/LaB₆ SEMs as well as benchtop SEM systems.
